Warm Ginger Honey Tea for a Cold Winter
Ginger: This delicious recipe is ideal during the cold winter. Using simple ingredients found in the kitchen, this tea can alleviate a cold or a flu. Add more ginger or honey according to your preference. This is also a good natural sore throat remedy if you include lemon in the tea.
1) Slice 3 to 4 inch (2.5 cm) pieces of fresh ginger root
2) Boil them for in a small pot for 2 to 3 min with 500ml of filtered water
3) Add 2-3 Tbsp of honey. Enjoy!
